The BlueRobotics Watertight Enclosure Tubes - 200 Mm (8") Aluminum - 500 Mm (19.6") - 1000 M are designed for robust underwater applications. These second-generation tubes are available in various lengths and are constructed from either clear cast acrylic plastic or anodized 661-T6 aluminum. They feature precision machined O-ring interfaces, a locking cord, and an anti-rotation mechanism, ensuring a reliable and secure fit with the sealing flange. Rated for depths up to 95 meters, these tubes offer significant improvements over their predecessors.

Both material options, acrylic and aluminum, provide a smooth surface finish that guarantees proper sealing between the O-ring flange and the tube. The ends of the tubes are meticulously machined to include a gland for a locking cord and a slot for cord insertion. This slot also serves as an anti-rotation feature, aligning with a corresponding feature on the flange to maintain a consistent orientation and prevent potential damage to the enclosures contents.

These tubes are available individually and can be configured into a complete watertight enclosure. Due to the precision machining of the interfaces, custom lengths are not offered.
