The Outrigger Feet for AxiDraw V3 consist of machined aluminum struts with large rubber foot pads securely set in recesses. These feet significantly enhance the stability of the AxiDraw, allowing it to handle heavier tools without the risk of tipping over. The extended base area provided by these outrigger feet ensures a more stable plotting experience.
Additionally, the outrigger feet feature four mounting holes, facilitating the secure attachment of the AxiDraw to a surface if desired. Each strut includes two top-side accessible clearance holes for ease of installation. The installation process involves simply removing the screws that hold the standard footplates and attaching the new struts with the provided screws.
